Twenty years of building and operating systems end-to-end, closing the gaps nobody owns.

I'm a technology executive who has built and operated high-availability infrastructure across telecom, streaming media, and SaaS. At SiriusXM, I led cloud engineering and reliability operations for a 30M+ subscriber streaming platform: cutting production incidents in half, delivering multi-region disaster recovery with sub-5-minute failover, and prototyping ML-based intelligent alerting ahead of industry adoption.

Before that, I spent nearly a decade at Time Warner Cable as a CTO-selected architect for ISP-scale voice and video platform design, earning a U.S. patent for IPTV architecture along the way.

Today I'm the founder of Seismograph.ai, a live, AI-powered infrastructure monitoring platform built on multi-agent architecture and the Claude API, correlating real network and cloud signals in production. My edge is operating at both ends of the org chart: securing executive sponsorship by making the business case clear, developing engineers by matching them to work that fits their strengths, and staying with a problem until there's a working solution.

AI-native monitoring that answers "what broke, and is it ours?"

Engineering teams don't struggle to fix incidents; they struggle to figure out what broke and whether it's even their problem. Seismograph runs a multi-agent pipeline on AWS Lambda that probes endpoints, polls BGP and Cloudflare Radar data, and watches vendor status pages, correlating everything in real time. Alerts land in Slack with a plain-English root-cause diagnosis powered by Claude, turning a 30-minute investigation into a 2-minute confirmation. I own the architecture end-to-end and direct a small team of engineers and AI coding tools against my specs.

Rebuilt change and release management from the ground up

Recurring production incidents were hitting a 30M+ subscriber streaming service. I worked across functions to identify the underlying failure modes, redesigned change and release management end-to-end, and modernized aging infrastructure, shifting a reactive operations model to a proactive, automation-first reliability function grounded in observability data. Production incidents dropped by half.

Eliminated complete-outage risk with multi-region DR

Every service ran in a single region with no disaster recovery strategy: a complete-outage risk for a 24/7 streaming platform. I evangelized the initiative, secured executive sponsorship by making the business case unambiguous, and worked through cross-functional alignment to deliver a multi-region deployment strategy. If a region fails, services now restore within five minutes.

Ran the IPTV trial that shaped a platform-defining investment

I identified the architectural gap in next-generation video delivery and led one of the company's first IPTV prototypes end-to-end, directing a 5-vendor RFP and personally driving a complete vendor POC from datacenter buildout through executive presentation. The trial gave senior leadership the data to make a platform-defining investment, and the architecture earned a U.S. patent. Concepts from it were later productized by in-house teams.
